As I’ve previously mentioned, I am really passionate about helping people–especially moms–to transform their lives of depression, anxiety and stress to lives of vitality and joy.

How do I know this? I’m not only a life coach, energy healer and wellness author–I’ve been able to transform these conditions myself. Now I wake up each day with a smile on my face, looking forward to life.
