We HAVE to learn to love this person. Because we take her around EVERYWHERE we go. And because she is the ONLY one who can save us from depression, anxiety and/or stress.
Yes, it’s true that we sometimes need antidepressant and/or antianxiety medication to help us balance our biochemistry. But that is ONLY a beginning. The most IMPORTANT way to feel better is to love and rescue OURSELVES.
