In my work as a psychic who teaches Business Intuition, I share with my clients how to use intuition to discern what is not working within your company or career and how to tap into future trends and see what is coming three to five years ahead.

Last year my work caught the attention of the Learning Annex and they asked me to write a report of Business Intuition Trends for 2012 and the Decade Beyond. I happily agreed to write and make these predictions and wrote 11 pages of predictions for business trends including real estate, financial markets, retail trends, and even what will change in the educational system in order for the system to progress and move forward.

I’ve just come across an article in Forbes magazine, titled: Creating Innovators: Why American’s Education System is Obsolete where Harvard researcher Tony Wagner describes the need for revision in schools.

In my predictions for the coming decade, I highlight how schools need to change and offer solutions on where the money to make these changes will be coming from, including through corporate sponsorships.

Living in a Sea not a Land of Opportunity

In the 21st century, we are shifting from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius and with this energetic shift, we are moving from a “tribe consciousness” into a “global consciousness”. This means that we begin to see our connection as a greater part of the whole, rather than just to the family in which we were born or the city where we were raised.

It is an era of great change and as we undergo this evolution, we see the effects of this change in our political, social and economic atmosphere, along with our spiritual connections.

In this new awakening, we are being forced to look our beliefs and our connections to determine if each of us are living our highest and best life and if the old ways on which we were raised, still work best in this new century. Around the world, people are standing up to be the change they want to see in the world and make a difference.

In the new energy of the Age of Aquarius, the wisdom of the ancients is floating in the air, in the sea of conscious energy that surrounds each of us in our aura. The story of Aquarius explains that as the water bearer to the gods, he looked down at the people of Earth and wanted to share this life altering wisdom with the people, so he tipped the jar with this knowledge allowing it to flow down to the earth plane where it surrounds us in our energy layers around our bodies known as the aura.

When people ask me for an example of how we are living in the Age of Aquarius, I say that the easiest example to see is the internet, where information flies through the air almost instaneously, allowing us to gain almost any information we seek in minutes.

With this shift to Aquarian energy, we are being led into a global consciousness, rather than the Piscean way of connecting in tribes, whether it was a religious organization tribe, connecting only with people of like mind in your town tribe, or working for only one company for your lifetime tribe.

We are now being led to grow in our individual direction as leaders, rather than relying on someone else to be in charge. We see this as people begin to describe themselves as “spiritual, not religious” and leaving corporate jobs to start their own small businesses.

As this energy continues to expand in our consciousness, we are becoming aware that we no longer live in a “land” of opportunity, but rather in a “sea” of opportunity. This means that we are now operating on a Global Scale of living where our business and our connections are interconnected through everyone here on Earth. What we do economically, politically, and personally has an effect on everyone here, not just our small tribe. We now connect with people around the world through social media, are interdependent on each other for goods and services and our environment including fresh air and water is affected by what all of us do in our backyards.

How we succeed in our careers is changing due to this global shift. As begin to live and work in a “Sea of Opportunity” rather than on a “Land of Opportunity”, how we thrive during this important time will depend upon tapping into this greater consciousness, which floats around us in the intuitive planes like the sea. This is where our inspired ideas and inventions come forth and are born!

To open to this new energy, we must let go of old habits and open to a new way of thinking and creating.

Developing Your Business Intuition

In the 21st century we are connecting with intuitive abilities on a greater level each day. Many people are realizing that they have intuitive abilities as they are experience dreams that foretell events to come and notice that their “hunches” are more often right than wrong. These are two of the signs that you are engaging with your intuitive side.

For the past ten years, I’ve been working with a variety of entrepreneurs and businesses helping them to understand how to tap into this intuition to make better business decisions and expand their company or career, even in a down economy. My clients include a wide range of CEO’s, entrepreneurs and small business owners. As more people are opening up to intuition, they are realizing that it is a powerful tool for business. I teach executives and groups how to tap into their intutive side and see upcoming trends and how to utilize their strengths and their employees strengths to grow and even expand during a tough economy.

Using intuition to generate creative ideas and tap into future trends are useful skills no matter what type of business you have. It’s all about knowing your strengths and harnessing your intuition to use these abilities to gain ground in the future.

Seeing Pink – Awaken Your Aura with Kala Ambrose

As an “Auracle” a person with psychic abilities who can also see the aura, I’m often asked what each of the colors mean in the aura. The answer is that the colors have a tremendous depth of meaning and when seeing them in the aura, several things must be taken into consideration including:

What section of the auric body is the color appearing, is it in the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual fields of the aura?
How deep is the color, is it light pastel, or a deep jewel tone or is it mixed with other colors?
Does the color appear stationary or is it in the process of changing into another color?

Just as in nature, the only constant is change and the colors in our aura change according to our emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health and well being.

Lately, in my appearances on the John Edward Presents Infinite Quest show and in private Aura readings with clients, I have been seeing the appearance of pink in the aura. Truly many of us are being surrounded “in the pink”. I’ve seen this color around so many people lately that I thought I would share an excerpt from my book, The Awakened Aura: Experiencing the Evolution of Your Energy Body, which explains how the aura works, how to see auras and how to identify what the colors mean.

Seeing Pink in the auric fields of so many people is very exciting to me, as it indicates that our heart chakras are awakening and opening to love and joy. PINK IN THE AURA

“… Pink in its clearest form in the aura represents joy, romantic love, and an optimistic view of the world. When the pink is mixed with a bit of orange, it has reached its highest level, mixing the second (sacral) chakra into the higher forms of love of the fourth (heart) chakra and this represents balance between the physical, emotional and spiritual forms of love. Pink in warm shades flaring around the aura indicates the person is falling in love.

A washed out and faded pink or a muddy pink represents a person who has not developed fully from their childhood. They are struggling with immaturity and in uncertain in matters of love and relationships. They often struggle with co-dependency and feelings of helplessness.

Pink is rarely seen as a predominant color in the aura for extended periods of time. The most common examples of seeing pink in the aura include: the first trimester of pregnancy, when a person is falling deeply into romantic love and around newborn babies. Attracting pink into the aura can assist with healing the emotional and physical body, especially to do with the heart.

Recommendations to Connect with and Balance Pink:

Foods: sherbet, pink grapefruit, pink lemonade, and watermelon

Home Décor: light pink in the home works best in a young girls room. Bolder shades of pink including fuscia make wonderful compliments against deeper jewel tones such as sapphire blue and emerald green.

Clothing: Wear fuscia pink to express confidence and passion. Light pink is soft and inviting and expresses a gentle, artistic soul.

Gemstones: rose quartz

Flowers: pink roses, hibiscus, pink alstroemeria, pink lilies, pink Gerber daisies, stargazer lilies, pink carnations, pink orchid, wild basil, pink lady’s slipper

Music: To connect with pink energy, listen to an old song by Glenn Miller called “In the Mood”.

Activities: Falling in love will turn your aura pink in a “heartbeat”. Learning to love your self first will keep it there.

Mantra: I am filled with love. I glow with loving energy and love myself inwardly and outwardly. Every thing I see is through the eyes of love and that love is reflected back to me. I am in the pink and see the world through my new shade of rose-colored glasses.

Exploring Psi Ability Through Fiction – The Gambler by Jillian Chantal

In 1937, Dirk McSwain, known as The Gambler, makes his living on the turn of a card. When his family home is in jeopardy of being lost, he boards the Queen Mary ocean liner, playground of both royalty and the wealthy alike. He hopes to win big to save his property.

He meets three beautiful, unchaperoned Irish sisters the first day at sea and determines to deprive them of some of their fortune. What he doesn’t count on is an obnoxious passenger accusing him of cheating at cards and then dying the next morning.

At the captain’s request, he teams up with one of the sisters who has a psychic gift. The story is her journey to the acceptance of that gift.
