Dear God/ess, It's late on 8/11, after picking up Len Laskow at the airport. Now, everyone but Ule and me are asleep. And the crickets are louder than ever, but do they ever sleep?

It's been ten years since I last saw Len. Maybe fifteen years. He has created a Retreat Experience for us at the Blue Heron Farm Spiritual Retreat Center that includes the Elemental Spirits. This is the perfect place to call forth faeries, water spirits, grass spirits, tree spirits, heron and most recently, eagle spirits.

This is very exciting to me because I love Elementals. I told the story of seeing the Little People of Mount Shasta thirty years ago. My forest service friends and I decided to climb that majestic mountain one weekend. At the base of the mountain are many gray boulders and that's where I saw hundreds of gnome like creatures who busied themselves in and around the rocks which appeared to be their home.

Len described an experience he had at the base of the Great Pyramid. He and a few friends crawled to the bowels of the pyramid, to the light of one single light bulb. Then the guide turned off the light and there was a darkness that was darker than dark. Len heard an inner voice: "I am Fedor, King of the Elementals. We seek out humans who are evolving here on Planet Earth, so that we may evolve. We are here to help you. Ask us for our help and we will  immediately be there."

Len did use their guidance system for a time, then forgot about them--until now.

So Fedor, King of the Elementals, and his friends will be joining us, too.

One of the things we will do is call in the Elemental Spirits, those beings who protect the earth and who protect us, if we ask.
