Mission: Six-pack Abs
An experiment to find out if getting those sexy six-pack abs like you always see on guys in commercials will improve my quality of lifeMission: Six-pack Abs – Day 31 – Starting back up again
I just got back from a week-long trip back home to Vermont. It was a lot of fun…I got to see a lot of people I haven’t seen in a long time…I got to meet my new 9-month-old niece who is really cute…I got to see my friend Jon Marro of Blend Apparel and even meet his friend Jason Mraz, singer of the amazingly popular song I’m Yours.
Both Jon and Jason have “Be Love” tattoos, and talking to them for about 30 minutes, I really felt that they were embodying that philosophy…it’s really great to see guys like this spreading love on a massive stage…
(here’s a shot of their tattoos…Jon’s is on the bottom, Jason’s is on the left)

Well, I was so busy on my trip that I didn’t get to post anything…which might be a good thing, since I decided to veer off my diet a bit and pretty much eat whatever I wanted (within reason)…there was so much great food available, I couldn’t let it go to waste
So I may have gained a pound our two on my trip, but it was worth it…and the great thing is, even though I may have lost a little progress on my six-pack, the most important thing is that I haven’t lost the knowledge that I’ve learned over the course of this mission, which should help me to continue to eat healthy and take care of my body…and I’m sure those extra pounds will be off in no time.
