2 eggs
2 “soysages”

smoothie
1 piece of dark chocolate
Snack:
Dinner:
a rum and grapefruit juice
3 mini pizzettes on thin buns
2 pieces of dark chocolate
Exercise:
nothing much today…I usually take it easy on Sundays
Notes:
It’s been 3 weeks now since I’ve started this mission and I’m definitely noticing a big change, as you can see by the pictures below. I’m learning more and more about the ab/core muscles and how they work…for instance I’ve found that the most important muscle is the long muscle that runs underneath the abs…you don’t really see it, but it’s the muscle that’s responsible for pulling in the abs and making them flat.
You can tell from the pictures below that my stomach is much flatter now (it was kind of hanging out before). I think the ab/core clenches that I’ve been doing for the past week have played a huge part in that.
I’m really happy with my results so far and I’m excited to see what happens over the next 3 weeks.
