Mission: Six-pack Abs
An experiment to find out if getting those sexy six-pack abs like you always see on guys in commercials will improve my quality of lifeMission: Six-pack Abs – Day 20

Breakfast:
fruit salad – banana, strawberries and grapes with hemp seeds
cottage cheese
Lunch:
small smoothie
Snack:
1/2 of a small avocado
a few slices of cheese
1 piece of chocolate
1/2 protein bar
Dinner: (went to The Diner in Raleigh with a group of LOVEolutionaries)
a couple beers
The Ranchero (hash browns with eggs, salsa and cheese sauce)
Exercise:
mowed the lawn (a pretty good workout that always works up a sweat)
Notes:
Not the healthiest dinner ever, but it was worth it…Kate and I had a good time out in Raleigh with Aaron, Chris, Mike, Carlee and friends…
