The Red Pill or the Blue Pill: Which Will You Choose?
Greetings,
I hope all is well.
I wanted to go over something that has become more and clearer to me over the past few years.
Things may seem pretty bleak when we look out our windows and into the world. But, I truly beg to differ. The only reason for this is because I have opened myself up to a new way of looking at the life I live.
So many of you may believe that I grew up in a family of vegans and vegetarians. You may think that I have just always had a flair for healthy living. But, once again, I beg to differ!
In fact, I chuckle to myself a little when folks tell me things like that because it is so far from the truth. The truth of the matter is that I was pretty typically unconscious for the majority of my early life.
I ate everything. I didn’t exercise at all. I thought yoga, tofu, vegetarianism, and spirituality were all kind of a joke.
What can I say? I was a complete skeptic.
The point of this rant is that I made a choice to live for some higher purpose. I listened to that inner voice that told me there was something better out there for me. I have in no way in found actualization in this direction. But, I have found a direction.
More so, I created a direction, a whole new direction.
This only happened because I chose to open myself up to other possibilities. I felt that a different kind of life was needed to achieve personal satisfaction and so the search began for me to find it.
Right now, today, the world and its people are being given a choice.
Junk foods or Superfoods. Centrum or Goji berries.
Google is the perfect example of an entity that serves choice. You arrive at their webpage and can either open up to a world of debauchery or a world of enlightened consciousness.
Google can either open up a world where every possibility exists for you to waste away every moment of your life, or you can choose something different. You can choose to learn something new, to expand your knowledge, to build a name for yourself, to build a business.
And, you can do it for free.
The choice is yours as it always is. We each have to be the ones to choose the things we want for our lives.
But, the key is, to choose to not choose. We have to get out of the world of duality. We have to realize that the borders that seem to separate us, are more like thresholds that bring us together.
We have to learn to acknowledge, accept, and allow everything to flow. We have to learn to stop resisting things we don’t like.
To do this, all of this, is once again, a choice.
Choose to open up, to allow new possibilities to arise for your life, to stop looking at things as opposites, and to realize that everything is here to teach us something.
Disease teaches us that we need to take an active approach toward healing ourselves. Economic disaster teaches that we need to reprioritize.
We can learn from success, but we can learn even more from failure.
Choose. Just choose.
Peace, love, Life!

To go beyond the “this instead of that” tendency of dualistic preferences, and to allow something bigger than our conscious mind to unfold us in the highest and best way, is such an amazing feeling of surrendering to infinity.
Life is unconditionally infinite! Just as are the possibilities laid out before us
