This Love Exercise will transform your week

I found a great little exercise in a book I’m reading called The Seat of the Soul by Gary Zukav. Try it out, and I guarantee it’ll change your state of being right away:
For every person you see or even think about today, focus your attention on his or her strengths and virtues. When you do this, you run high frequency currents of appreciation, acceptance and love through your system. These high frequency energies feel really good.
This is a really easy way to raise your energy level and experience a state of love and peace.

Great website, I just came across it and I am already a fan. I recently reduced my weight 30 pounds in thirty days, and I want to share my weight loss success with as many people as possible.
